Integrated into the Extreme Platform One subscription, the agent acts as a proactive assistant that scales IT expertise by providing recommendations tailored to the unique configuration of a client's network. By analyzing real-time telemetry and environmental context, the agent aims to drastically reduce the time required for troubleshooting and issue resolution. According to the company, early deployments have demonstrated the ability to resolve complex network issues up to 15 times faster than traditional manual methods.
